Book Checkout

Adults – 5 books at a time

Youth – 5 books at a time

Books are checked out for 4 weeks at a time. If they are late you will incur fines. We only charge for the weekdays at the rate of $.05 per day.

Video Checkout

Adults – 3 videos at a time

Youth – 1 video at a time

Videos are checked out for 1 week at a time. If they are late you will incur fines. We only charge for the weekdays at the rate of $1.00 per day.

Members with overdue material may not checkout other items until fines have been clear.

Printing Fees

INTERNET

Black and White Printing from the Internet is $0.30 per page. Color Printing is $0.50 per page.

  

COPIES

Black and white copies are $0.25 per page

($0.10 per page for Friend Members)

Fax Fees

To send a fax it is $1.00 per page

To receive a fax is $0.25 per page

Public Computer Policies

Reserve a Private Digital Conference Room

Monday 10:00 am – 5:30 pm

Tuesday 10:00 am – 5:30 pm

Wednesday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Thursday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Also open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 10:00 am – 1:00pm

PLEASE NOTE: If you need to reserve this room outside of normal business hours, we may be able to accommodate you. Please call us (409-994-5501), and we will try to work with you! 

  • The Time Limit is one hour, and you must be on the schedule
  • Do not save your personal information on this public computer
  • Please be careful of any suspicious links or downloads from unknown sources.
  • We recommend the use of the chrome browser
  • Take care of your online privacy and avoid sharing sensitive information.
  • Respect others’ intellectual property rights and refrain from piracy or illegal downloading.
  • Comply with library policies and guidelines for computer and internet use.
  • Take breaks and maintain good ergonomics to prevent physical strain or injury.
  • Only install software with staff review and approval.
